Winter Warming Recipe – Turmeric Latte

This golden Turmeric Latte, has great anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and wound healing properties, plus so many other health benefits!  Get to making one of these golden delights today!

Ingredients:

Makes 1 mugful

1 cup milk of choice (full cream dairy/almond/coconut/rice milk)

1 tsp ground turmeric

½ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp ground ginger

Pinch black pepper

1-2 tsp honey or rice malt syrup (depends how sweet you like it)

3 scoops collagen powder (optional but adds incredible nutrition)

Method:

In a small saucepan add all ingredients and whisk together until warm. Pour into a mug and enjoy!

*HOT TIP – purchase a stand-alone milk frother (Aldi do a great one) and place all ingredients into the drink space, place the lid on top and put on the warming setting. It will mix together all the ingredients, warm it and make it frothy all at the same time – so GOOD!!
