We have a few fun classes for mums, dads and the kids too.

Meditation

Mindful Yoga

Suitable for all levels of experience and injuries, this Mindful Yoga class is very gentle and effective at reducing physical, mental and emotional tension. A combination of Hatha (focusing on the breath whilst holding an asana/pose) and Vinyasa (flowing movement aligned with the breath).

Kim will support you to not only reduce tension but also to move at your bodies pace, teach you how to switch off from the busyness of life and re-energize your mind and body!

Kim is also a Naturopath. Reiki Master, Australian Bush Flower Essence Practitioner and Crystal Practitioner and is passionate about teaching people how to listen to their body and take control of their life and health again

When:

Thursday’s –  6pm

Saturday’s – 8am

Investment:  $15 per Casual class, or purchase a 10 Class Pass for $115 (Valid for 20 weeks and can be used for most of our yoga classes across the week)

Mum & Bub/Toddler Yoga Classes

A class designed for both mums, bubs & toddlers to experience together, gently working on your post baby body while deepening the bond between you and your baby.

When:  Friday mornings – 9.30am

Investment: Adults $15 per Casual class or purchase a 10 Class Pass for $115 (Valid for 20 weeks for most of our Yoga classes across the week)

Pregnancy Yoga

A wonderful way to stay fit and flexible throughout your pregnancy and connect with your unborn baby. Prenatal yoga is recommended by many health professionals to support a woman physical and emotionally throughout her pregnancy. There is no specific time to commence a prenatal yoga practice however changes experienced throughout the first trimester and even into early second trimester may prevent some women from participating in a physical practice.

If you are unsure if commencing a yoga practice is suitable for you please feel free to connect with us and ask the question. Even if a physical yoga practice is not possible right now, meditation or pranayama (breathing) may be suitable. In some cases it may be exactly what is needed to promote a sense of wellbeing in the early stages of pregnancy.

Spiritual Embrace Meditation

A class designed for Mind, Body and Soul.

Each week we will explore different methods of meditation and utilise flower essences, crystals, cards, reiki, chakra’s and activities to heighten your intuition and to learn to trust your gut instinct.

Embrace yourself with like minded people in a safe and supported environment with Kim our Naturopath, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master and Australian Bush Flower Essence Practitioner.

If you already have a Yoga class pass, you can use it for this Meditation class as well!

When:  Thursday’s 7pm
