Missed Appointment & Late Cancellation Policy
We know your time is precious, as is the time of our Practitioners. We understand life doesn’t always go to plan, however giving 24hrs notice of appointment rescheduling or cancellation before your appointment is greatly appreciated, and allows that time to be used by other clients. To change a Monday appointment, please call the centre by the Saturday before.
- First missed or late cancellation – Your deposit will be forfeited
- Second missed or late cancellation – full fee applies
- Third missed or late cancellation – full fee applies. No appointments will be made in advance (appointments can be made by calling on the day you require the appointment or by paying the full fee as a deposit for the appointment)
Please be aware that your future appointments at Embrace Life may be cancelled for multiple ‘no shows’ or for non-payment for services provided.
Appointment Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to reserve most appointments at Embrace Life. The remainder is required at the time of consultation.
Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment needs to be 24hrs before your appointment or by the Saturday before, for Monday appointments. Please note you may only reschedule your appointment once before your deposit is forfeited.
Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel after this time.
Deposit Refund Policy
Appointment deposits will be taken for most appointment types to secure your appointment. Please refer to our Missed Appointment/Cancellation Policy for terms and conditions.
No partial refunds will be given.
If a refund has been approved, it may take up to 48 business hours before the funds appear in your account.*
Deposit refunds are made at the discretion of management.
*Subject to your bank’s processing times
