Three tips to improve your immune system

As we enter the cooler months our risk of catching a cold or flu increases.  Here are 3 tips you can start today to support your immune system:

  1. Sleep

Our circadium rhythym is disrupted when our sleep is disrupted and this can then lead to a disturbed immune response.

  1. Stress

Chronic stress disturbs gut microbiota and triggers an immune response.

  1. Increase Vitamin C rich foods to reduce inflammation.

Broccoli, Brussel sprouts, paw paw, pineapple, strawberries, sweet potato, tomato, citrus fruit, parsley, guava, capsicum.

Sometimes the body needs extra support and our Naturopath and Yoga Teacher Kim has a range of liquid herbs and vitamins to support your mind and body to help you cope with feeling unwell and to bring the body back to balance.
