    Passion:

From a young age, I was drawn to nutrition & naturally healing. Studying naturopathy deepened my understanding of how the body thrives when supported with the right nutrition, lifestyle, and emotional care.  My journey into women’s health and postnatal recovery became even more personal after becoming a mother myself. I understand firsthand the challenges that come with hormonal shifts, physical healing, and the need for a strong support system. This has fueled my passion for working with women, helping them feel empowered, balanced, and confident in their bodies.

Through yoga, naturopathy, and lifestyle medicine, I take a holistic, compassionate approach to health. I believe healing isn’t just about symptom relief, it’s about creating lasting wellness that fits into everyday life. Whether I’m guiding a mother through postnatal recovery, supporting someone with digestive health, or helping a client manage stress and energy levels, my goal is always the same: to provide a safe space for healing, education, and transformation.

I am excited to be part of Embrace Life and look forward to supporting this community on their wellness journeys.
