  • Junior Tesese

    Qualifications:

    Passion:

    Junior has always had an interest in the health benefits of massage, and in 2015 obtained a Certificate IV in massage from Endeavour College of Natural Health. After working as a massage therapist for a year, he commenced study in the Diploma of Remedial Massage course at Q Academy, graduating in 2017.

    His approach is compassionate, and client centred ensuring that every individual receives care tailored to their specific needs. He utilises modalities such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy and muscle energy techniques to promote relaxation, reduce pain and improve mobility, helping his clients achieve an optimal level of wellbeing.

    Passion:

    I am a qualified remedial massage therapist with extensive experience in both clinical practice and education. My career has spanned diverse roles, including running my own clinic and mentoring future therapists as a remedial massage tutor at ICAE. My expertise lies in hands-on treatments, personalised client care, and equipping aspiring therapists with the skills they need to thrive in their careers.

    I am deeply passionate about helping clients overcome muscle issues, improve mobility, and enhance their overall well-being. Outside of work, I am a proud mother of two and treasure spending weekends with my family. I also enjoy reading and engaging in meaningful conversations, always seeking opportunities to learn and connect with others.

    Passion:

    Susan is a diploma qualified Remedial and Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist, graduating from Endeavor College of Natural Therapies. She also graduated with an honours degree in Radiography, qualifying 15 years ago from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland. Most recently Susan has completed the Foundation of Oncology Massage qualification.  She is passionate about all facets of health care and loves to help, support and empower clients through their health journey.

    The experience Susan gained in the health industry has enabled her to understand how complex health conditions can be and believes that there is a very strong mind and body connection and approaches every treatment holistically, with that in mind. Her goal is to achieve overall balance within the body which will naturally positively affect the dysfunction that the client is presenting with.

    She has a particular interest in spinal pain/injury as she sustained a spinal injury in her early 20s in which she is now fully recovered. However, going through that experience and seeking out allied and complementary therapies to assist in that recovery has driven her passion within the healing industry, knowing how wonderful and effective manual therapy can be as a modality when treating acute and chronic pain. She looks forward to welcoming you into the clinic for a massage treatment.

    My interest in Holistic Wellness and the patterns of nature began many years ago and has evolved into a whole life approach to being. By flowing with these natural rhythms we can reduce stress, alleviate pain and promote well being for both body and spirit.

    I am a dedicated yoga practitioner who blends the wisdom of yoga philosophy into my massage practice. My understanding of the mind-body connection helps my sessions become a holistic experience designed to promote harmony, healing and a deep sense of relaxation.

    This expertise extends to the traditional Hawaiian art of Lomi Lomi massage where long flowing strokes and rhythmic movements release tension leading to a restorative health experience. Each treatment becomes an opportunity of a unique blend of relaxation rejuvenation and balance.

Whether someone is dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to improve their overall physical function, I am there to provide the necessary support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

    My work involves a combination of various techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and stretching, to help my clients achieve a greater range of motion and alleviate their pain. I take great pride in my ability to assess and diagnose my clients’ conditions and to develop a tailored treatment plan that addresses their individual needs.     Passion:

    Tony’s interest in Massage started after experiencing a reoccurring back injury at a young age. Massage was suggested to Tony and had immediate results. To find out how to better manage these issues Tony enrolled in a Remedial Massage course at the School of Natural Medicine Coffs Harbour in 1990 and then a Diploma of Remedial Massage with the Australian Institute of Applied Sciences Brisbane in 2011.

    Tony has now been working full time as a Remedial Massage Therapist for many years and really enjoys being able to help people with injuries and pain and assisting people to achieve better movement and function has become a passion.

    With more than 15 years of experience in the health industry, I’ve discovered over time that helping to make a difference in people’s lives is one of the most satisfying experiences to have as an Exercise Physiologist.

    When I meet with a client, I try to keep in mind that, just like me, they are just trying to live a happy life free from difficulties and problems. I have found many times before, that by going the extra mile to provide the assistance to help them to achieve this balance, the client gets the most benefit.
