Embrace Life offers a variety of Yoga classes, such as Pregnancy Yoga and Mindful Yoga, which blends Hatha (concentrating on the breath while maintaining a pose) with Vinyasa (fluid movements synchronized with breathing).

Our Yoga sessions are ideal for beginners, with our instructor Kim Sheppard offering guidance and support throughout your Yoga practice.
