Passion:
I completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy at The University of Queensland in 2010. Throughout my years of experience, I have covered many fields of Physiotherapy, and travelled to many locations across Australia. My favourite is Broome & The Kimberley region of Western Australia – the red dust meeting the blue-green sea is breath-taking. I have worked across the lifespan: from newborns to the elderly, and with many cultural populations.
Although I am foremost a physical therapist, I intertwine my sessions with mental and emotional practices. I believe balance comes from a mind-body connection and so my approach to treating pain and dysfunction includes the physical body, the emotional body, the mental body and the spiritual body.
Sessions with me could include:
- Physical Therapy (Muscle, Joint & Nerve mobilisations)
- Emotional Anatomy
- PhysioKey Treatments (advanced neurostimulation for the treatment of pain)
- Myofascial Release
- Injury Rehabilitation
- Geriatrics
- Balance Training
- Dynamic Exercise Prescription
- Neurological Rehabilitation
- Ante- & Post-natal Care
- Work Cover & Third Party Injuries
- DVA
