At Embrace Life, we have a team of experienced Chiropractors at our North Lakes centre who utilise a variety of techniques that cater for newborn infants and families to sports injuries and wise age.

  • Dr Ted Alen Reataza (Chiropractor)

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor of Applied Science (Comp Med) RMIT – 2006

    Master of Clinical Chiropractic RMIT – 2008

    Techniques:

    Manual Diversified, Dry Needling, Strapping, Sports, Massage Gun, Extremities

    Passion:

    With 13 years of experience as a Chiropractor, Ted has a strong passion for the discipline of Chiropractic, always in the pursuit of excellence. His area of focus includes headaches, acute and chronic lower back pain as well as any conditions to do with the arms or legs. He likes to bind the combination of soft tissue therapy in conjunction with specific manual Chiropractic adjustments.

    “When I am not adjusting spines, I can be found enjoying the simple things in life – nature, food, family, friends, community and reading. I have a keen interest in people, psychology, history, theology and music. CrossFit, playing the guitar or walking my dog. I look forward to meeting you all.”

    Ted’s style of practice is very similar to Bryan, with Ted utilising Dry Needling and the use of a Massage Gun during your appointment, where appropriate.

    Passion:

    I have always been interested in health, science and what our bodies can do! This coupled with my love for being around people and providing care to my community led me to chiropractic. Originally from Kangaroo Island, South Australia I completed my Bachelor of Chiropractic at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. When I’m not practicing I’ll be doing something outside, I love hiking, camping and anything in the water!

    I believe that Chiropractic is for everyone, we only get one body so we need to take care of it!

    Passion:

    I was born and raised in New Zealand, I attended the New Zealand College of Chiropractic and since graduating, I have served across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. When I’m not practicing, I spend my time at the beach, exercising and going to see live music. I really look forward to helping you and your family achieve your health goals.

    I am a Chiropractor and I graduated from New Zealand College of Chiropractic. I am passionate about maximising human potential through specific and gentle chiropractic techniques and it is my primary goal to help you function and feel your absolute best.

    Passion:

    I have always been fascinated by how the brain and body function and that everything is connected. Chiropractic was therfore a natural fit and I love being able to share my passion for health and wellness with others.

    I strongly believe that the choices we make now shape and impact our future health and well-being and that is why I completed a further 2 years of post-graduate study in pregnancy and paediatrics; to ensure that even the littlest of humans can make a good start in life and achieve their optimal potential.
