⚠️ Digital Card Claiming Issues for Medibank Private and AHM Members

Some Android users may experience difficulties when claiming with their Medibank Private or AHM digital membership cards on our HealthPoint terminals.  This is due to a known compatibility issue with our HealthPoint terminals. Please bring your physical card to claim at Embrace Life.

Medicare

A Medicare rebate is available for a maximum of five (5) services per patient each calendar year, for
Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services. Please note that allied health providers
may set their own fees. Patients must have a GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangements prepared by
their GP.

DVA

DVA Health Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as payment upon a GP referral, for Chiropractic and
Physiotherapy services.

Workcover

Approved Workcover claims are accepted for Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services.

AfterPay

Pay it in Four.

You’ll pay your first instalment at the time of purchase, and the remainder every fortnight.
