I graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic with a Professional Diploma in Physiotherapy. After graduation, I immediately pursued my passion for working in paediatrics in Hong Kong and Australia. I strived to develop my paediatric physiotherapy skills and completed a Bobath Course in London (1990), the Master of Physiotherapy- Paediatric Physiotherapy (1998) and Doctor of Philosophy- Paediatric Physiotherapy (2017) from The University of Queensland. My research focus is on Positional Plagiocephaly (flattened head shape) in babies. My expertise in this area is both clinical and theoretical.
I have more than 30 years of experience in treating babies and children with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions both in Australia and Hong Kong. My passion is to help children, support their families and strengthen communities. I incorporate my diverse knowledge and experience in paediatric physiotherapy to implement family centred practice. I am also passionate to disseminate and promote contemporary and evidence-based health information to the community, so that we can make well choices to embrace a life which is healthy and joyful.
